Below is the attached letter from the Ontario Waste Management Association (OWMA), once again requesting that all front-line waste management workers also be included in the list of essential workers eligible to receive free emergency child care during the COVID-19 outbreak. Just as power workers, water and wastewater workers, and postal workers were made eligible for the free emergency child care program in your January 9th announcement, so to should waste service workers.
