1. MANDATORY PRE-TENDER MEETING DATE: Tenderers are advised that the Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting Time has been revised to 1:00 pm from 9:30 am and there is an optional site meeting on the same day being held at the City of Windsor, “Lou Romano” Treatment Plant at 11:00 am.
EXAMINATION OF SITE and MANDATORY PRE-TENDER MEETING DATE & TIME:
A. MANDATORY PRE-TENDER SITE MEETING DATE: JUNE 20, 2019 AT 1:00 PM AT THE LITTLE RIVER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT LOCATED AT 9400 Little River Rd, Windsor, ON.
B. OPTIONAL PRE-TENDER SITE MEETING DATE: JUNE 20, 2019 AT 11:00 AM AT THE LOU ROMANO POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT LOCATED AT 4155 Ojibway Pkwy, Windsor, ON.
2. TENDER SUBMISSION: Wherever any reference is made to the pre-tender meetings, it is to be replaced with the aforementioned dates & times:
3. OTHER LOCATIONS: Tenderers are also reminded that EWSWA will provide access to Closed Landfill #3 (Lakeshore, On.) and the Windsor-Essex Regional Landfill for inspection by Tenderers as requested.
