BRAMPTON – On September 21st, the Ministry of Environment, Conservation, and Parks filed O. Reg. 522/20, which regulates requirements for the recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE). OWMA supports the overall approach of this regulation, which makes producers of devices and equipment such as cellular phones, computers, TVs, printers and drones, responsible for the cost of collecting and recycling the products they sell into the market.
