OWMA Mentor Program – 2019 'Developing Aspiring Professionals’

OWMA is pleased to announce a new mentor program for member organizations that is designed to enhance your future leaders and your organization. There is a recognized need for a program that can assist aspiring professionals in the waste and resource management sector to meet their potential and help build the human resources strength that is necessary for progressive organizations.

This is an opportunity for you to invest in your people.

The program has a robust, interactive knowledge framework with a focus that is not readily available through traditional education options. The pairing of aspiring professionals with senior sector executives over a 10-month period is unique and will support the career growth of participants.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 3-6 years’ experience (not a restriction) and with an upward career trajectory in your organization.

The program costs are the responsibility of the member organization.

Mentors will require Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with mentees for the sector information shared and all Mentors will be required to execute Non-Solicitation Agreements relative to the participants in the program.

Mentors will be available from the private, municipal and supply industries – creating a great opportunity for you to target where your organization participant can obtain the insight and knowledge that is most beneficial to your organization.

Don’t Delay! Registration closes on April 5th, 2019
