OWMA spoke to the Standing Committee on General Government in support of Bill 159, The Rebuilding Consumer Confidence Act, and strongly recommended that Boards of administrative authorities (such as the Resource Productivity & Recovery Authority) exclude any sector-based members who have a real or perceived conflict of interest.
