In this letter, the Ontario Waste Management Association is requesting an amendment to the proposed Vehicle Inspection Program to allow for license renewals to be spread throughout the year rather than all in one month under the current system to facilitate the new plans to simultaneously perform annual vehicle safety, emissions tests, and licensing, due to extreme operational obstacles and costs that will likely force out small inspection stations.
