OWMA has received a letter from Minister Ballard acknowledging OWMA’s correspondence and support for moving the MHSW program to a regulation under the new RRCEA The Minister’s positive response and actions now completes ministerial direction for tires, WEEE and MHSW to be transitioned. The Blue Box program remains a more complex and challenging transition target and some discussion is continuing around the potential for an amended Blue Box Program Plan.
